Shipping Charges

Shipping charges  will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, so please use your address and phone number on checkout. Thank you.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@dagmawit.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

DAGMAWIT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

DAGMAWIT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
